Procurement of goods and services through obtaining competitive quotes from reliable suppliers, coordinating with suppliers and respective user departments as well as negotiating the best offer to maximize the best advantage of the company.
- Ensure efficient purchase activities and deliveries, including but not limited to Food and Beverage items, Market list items, Inventory items, etc.
- Prepare documentation of relevant purchasing activities including price comparisons, tenders and market price surveys.
- Assist in coordination of all product and purchase specifications from respective user departments and suppliers.
- To well prepare and regularly update items master list and vendor list.
- Follow up outstanding orders to ensure on-time delivery of required products.
- Maintain and update a library of catalogue, samples and price lists. Monitor suppliers' performance and product quality Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned
Aranan Nitelikler
- Bachelor's degree in related fields
- Experience in developing procurement strategies, conducting detailed cost analyses and implementing improvements, experience with procurement projects
- Minimum 2 years’ purchasing experience gained from the preferably catering industry
- Strong negotiation skills with excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and attention to details
- Strong organization and follow up skills
- Experience in inventory control and cost management is an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications
- Completed military service (for male candidates)
