QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

 We are looking for a dynamic Quality Manager for our factory, which produce printed and coated blow film in Değirmenköy Silivri area.

Qualifications

* Graduated from the Chemistry, industrial or relevant engineering departments of reputable universities,

* Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management area within production environment,

* Full grasp of quality analytical and statistical tools.

* Able to work well in a team-oriented environment, solution-focused, 

* Analytical thinking and self-motivated,

* Strong communication and coordination skills, enable a learning approach to solve problems,

* Able to work Product Development Works,

* Ready to work flexible hours

* Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs,

* Excellent command of written and spoken English,

* Resident close to Silivri area

 * No military obligation for male candidates.

Job Description

  Planning, implementing and developing the quality management system according to ISO 9001 and total quality management approaches.Working closely with Operations/Production Management to develop controls and improvements    Guiding company personnel on quality management system and quality policy.   Responsible for the creation of the technical and quality system files and keeping them up   to date,    Work with relevant departments to ensure timely closure of quality actions / findings, Able to have good communication skills with  customers and suppliers.    Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.  Ensuring Internal and external Audits take place on a schedule for the company.
