The incumbent in this position is responsible for the management of the Residence Services operation of the Kempinski Hotel Barbaros Bay Bodrum.

- Participates in the development and preparation of the residence budget plan.
- Develops, implements and continually reviews any services given and to be given to the residences.
- Maintains good relationship with the guests, residence owners and the staff all the time.
- Reviews Residences arrival list and pre-sets the necessary preparations.
- Coordinates Housekeeping and Engineering Department Staff who works in Residences to ensure that guests and customers, whether internal or external, receive prompt and courteous service and ensures adherence to hotel standards.
- On a daily basis, follows up regular duties and special projects such as room cleanings, maintenance program, newspaper requests, club car organization or any other special arrangements etc.
- Inspects Arrival Rooms / Public Areas to ensure that facilities, equipments and amenities are clean and well maintained.
- Identifies the departmental training needs, develops the training plan and gets the approval of FOM before the implementation of training.
- Keeps the Housekeeping and Engineering Staff informed on the daily operational activities and cleaning requests as well as all information relevant to their job duties.
- Prepares end of month revenue reports, amenity fee charges to residence owners.
- Prepares residence rental contracts between hotel and residence owners and aims to reach the highest revenue.
- Coordinates strong communication between front desk, reservations department and residence owners to improve selling strategy.
- Periodically checks residences status and informs related departments or residence owners in order to solve any maintenance issues immediately.
- Ensure to control covered parking areas as well as residence storage areas and takes action if needed.
- Collaborates with accounting department to follow up residence owners’ current balances as well as contacts with owners for payment requests.
- Handles comments and requests from guests and other departments to meet their satisfaction. Makes recommendations to FOM in regards to service improvements.
- Follows up housekeeping and engineering projects such as general cleaning, which involves scheduling, inspections, record keeping, follow-up, communication with other related departments.
- Ensure preparation of the annual manning guide, the CAPEX budget and departmental budget in order to meet the business objectives.
- Accomplishes several administrative duties related to the position such as attending meetings, writing reports, maintaining a daily log...etc.
- Attends in daily morning briefings.
- Additional objectives and responsibilities can be added at any time, depending on the need of the business and hotel.
Aranan Nitelikler
- 3 to 5 years supervisory experience in Housekeeping, Front Office or Guest Relations, preferably in a 5 star hotel. Food & Beverage and Sales experience is a plus.
