We currently have an opportunity available for a Sales and Marketing executive to join us at Axis İletişim Hizmetleri Limited. Your main focus will be on marketing the business online and securing leads through different channels.
As this company is a fairly new start up, we will need someone with at least five years experience in Sales and Marketing with a degree in either Business, Marketing or Brand Communication.

- Identifying potential clients and making the first contact (cold call, emails etc.) and managing customer inquiries by phone and email.
- Preparing market research, client research and presentations for client meetings, arranging and following up meetings.
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Creating advertising campaigns, handling social media accounts and website etc.
- Ability to build and maintain professional networks.
- Achieving monthly and annual sales and development targets

Qualifications and Requirements
- The candidate must be a resident of Istanbul.
- English language is needed, fluent in reading and writing also.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
- Must have your own working laptop or computer, headsets and an home office workspace.
- Proven experience in both sales and marketing.
- Ability to negotiate and adapt to objections.
- A degree in either Business, Marketing or Brand Communication.
- Able to work from home.
