Primary Objectives
Increase profitable sales volume for the hotel by increasing room sales and increasing the sale of meeting space through maintaining regular contact with all existing accounts and identifying and developing new accounts through, trade shows, sales calls and telephone calls.

- Follow-up all tentative group reservations made by agencies arrange sales calls and site visits to increase to ratio of confirmed business.
- Identify key prospects and key accounts and establish goals by analyzing their potential and prepare strategic sales paths.
- Renew all travel trade and assigned corporate accounts agreements on a yearly basis.
- Prepare the monthly production and revenue reports.
- Assist to develop the annual marketing plan and budget related to travel trade segments to DOSM.
- Regular competition analyzes (rate, services & facilities) and makes recommendations as needed to en-sure that the hotel maintains its stated market position.
- Conduct sales trips, attend international & national travel fairs in order to represent the hotel.
- He/she should be familiar with the major relevant Mövenpick Hotels Operational Standards relevant to her area of responsibility as well as the local/domestic policies and procedures and consider them within his/her daily scope of work.
- Prepare weekly sales activity report.
Aranan Nitelikler
- A University degree in either Tourism & Hotel Management or Economics and Business Administration.
- Experience in the same position for 2 years.
- Fluency in English both speaking and writing.
- Positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Computer skills such as all Microsoft Office programs and Opera.
