Ideal candidate must have minimum 5 years of experience in the same position in a luxury environment, possess a positive attitude and strive to keep quailty consistently high.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing , Hotel Management or related major.
Great command of verbal and written language in English .
Minimum 10 to 15 years of experince in relevant Sales & Marketing Department.
Knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, P&L statements, forecasting practices and reporting of financial data.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic sales planning, resource allocation, inventory control and coordination of people and resources.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of individuals and be a part of it.
Focused on guest satisfaction and is visible in operation, can promote good public relations and handle complaints, concerns or special request.
