Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of sales experience.Language:
- English is must speak – Turkish, Arabic, Russian is preferred.
- Female applications will be prioritized.Highly persuasion.
- Able to communicate effectively and quickly with people
- Aiming to earn high income in life Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals.
- Ability to multitask, manage time and prioritize activities.
- Great organization skills to be able to create various scheduled, timelines and budgets.
- Outstanding computer skills for preparing presentations -and drafting property sale documentations.
- Ability to work under pressure and devise sales strategies.
- Ability to explain product features and benefits in a way that stands out over competing brands.
- Passionate about selling and finding ways to satisfy customers’ needs Excellent.
- Organization and management capabilities, including being a team player.
- Prepare a project presentation.
- Able to perform property sales procedures.
- Proficient in CRM and office programs
- Has a license and can drive very well
