As a result of continuous growth, we are looking to hire a Senior Account Manager to serve the needs of our clients to our best ability.
As the Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for leading the account team and achieving goals for each client. You will also work on defining strategies and account plans for development of high quality and high performing campaigns, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring client relationship is managed end-to-end.


Responsibilities
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (eg quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Prepare reports on account status.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with Project Management theory and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
