We are a national leader in designing, manufacturing, selling and servicing security screening systems in Turkey and throughout the world.  Our security systems have been installed in airports, police stations, train stations, museums, shopping malls, prisons, and private and public buildings in over 40 countries, and that number is growing.  We strive to be an industry leader and are looking for our first in-house marketing personnel to establish our brand and corporate image.  This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a self-motivated, creative, and energetic person who likes people, has a positive can-do attitude and likes collaborating and working in a team environment.  The position will be responsible for establishing the company’s rebranding and marketing efforts from the ground up.

POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Associate to establish our Marketing Department. The position-holder oversees the digital strategy, execution, measurement, and optimization of our marketing initiatives. The position reports to the General Manager.The position is based in our company headquarters in Beylikduzu, Istanbul.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least Bachelor's degree. Master's degree in related field is preferred
• Complete fluency in spoken and written English is a must
• Excellent writing skills and grammar in English and Turkish
• 5 - 8 years’ experience in marketing management, with the majority of that time directed to digital marketing
• Experience with new branding and corporate image establishment and projection
• Must be creative and able to collaborate and work in a team environment
• Previous experience in a digital marketing and advertising agency is an advantage 
• A proven record of success in delivering strategic digital marketing objectives and deliverables in a corporate environment
• Experience in developing strategic plans, communication plans, quality controls, feedback mechanisms and project schedules
• Experience in designing or redesigning websites with customer portals
• Experience in integrating digital marketing into multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Proven track record of successful results in taking ownership and management of content and integrating digital marketing opportunities with CRM systemsand corporate assets
• Ability in working with tight deadlines and working on a variety of jobs simultaneously(multi-tasker)
• Demonstrated experience in supporting, empowering and leading staff isdesirable
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, including consultation, stakeholder negotiation, problem solving and effective communication with staff and external vendors
• Familiarity with social media management, digital marketing and content management & measurement management tools (such as Google Analytics,Adwords, etc.)
• Experience with establishing SEO programsExperience with photography and video production is desirable
• Experience with print marketing, including preparation of product data sheets
• Proficiency in MS Office Programs
