Objective of the role:
Field service activities: installation, service, training, preventive and corrective maintenance.
Responsibility Areas:

Responsibility Areas:
- Assure correct and accurate troubleshooting applying problem solving techniques.
- Ensure that Customers are informed of actions being taken during interventions and that they are provided a professional quality report at the conclusion of each intervention.
- Communication with customers for requests of interventions and feedbacks, ensuring a constant follow up of machines installed in the competence area, managing on time all the open points
- Monitor the status of Customer machines, including those from which we are not generating service business. For those we are providing service, the Local Service Manager/Coordinator will identify the reason for service, current actions, status of repairs and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor satisfaction with services provided by Prima Power and its agents through personal visits to key Customers, monitoring of direct and indirect feedback from Customers.
- Training of local technicians and Customer’s operator

- Education:
Technical High School/University (Electronic; Mechanic; Mechatronic)
Skills:
- Ability in using electrical/electronic tools, mechanical tools, and measuring tools.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Former experiences: Installation and/or maintenance of machines - for sheet metal machinery
