Proje Yöneticisi / Software Project Manager
A project manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control, and completion of the project while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization.
Location
From your home in Turkey between 5:00 pm - 01:00 am M - F Turkish Time
Daily attending Zoom meetings with the rest of the crew and work online with them. Must have High-Speed Internet and a computer to be able to work
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement projects Communicate with the customers to understand and create requirements
- Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Define tasks and required resources
- Manage budget Monitor and manage scope
- Work multiple projects simultaneously
- Foster partnership with customers/stakeholders/sponsors
- Allocate project resources
- Create schedule and project timeline
- Track deliverables Support and direct team
- Lead quality assurance
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
- Evaluate and assess result of project
Aranan Nitelikler
- Must be fluent in English and Turkish
- Good communication skills to attend customer meetings, take notes, make presentations, answer emails and tickets
- Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
- Experience as a project manager with Agile
- Understanding of Prototyping Proficiency in Clickup, Google Docs, Excel
- Understanding of web development concept, HTML, Javascript, Jquery
- Must be able to use design processing tools such as Visio, Draw, or LucidChart SQL is a plus
