Specific

Work with an empathetic attitude and if there is any problem which cannot be handled, must contact Restaurant Manager/Asst. Restaurant Manager
Ensure that all guests are greeted courteously and attentively in the working area
Attend regular meeting and briefing to keep informed of policies and procedures, special events, further improvement plans and guest comments
Be familiar with food menus and wine menu offered in outlets
Ensure the prompt and efficient service required by the resorts standards
Take order from any food & beverage outlet menus
Ensure all mise en place for restaurant service is correctly prepared prior to opening hour of service
Follow the leadership of the captain or supervisor on shift
Have a good knowledge of all outlet menu and F&B day to day activities
Recommend and promote items as directed by the Asst. Restaurant Manager
Maintain at all times the highest standard of social skillsProvides Management with creative ideas
Report maintenances faults

General

Make every effort to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of guest’s requests throughout service
Ensure that you’re working area is of exemplary clean nature
Ensure guest / room charges at points of sales are correct
Ensure that you are aware and informed of all products the resort use for restaurant service
Have a thorough knowledge of all facilities and services offered by the resort
Fully understand the team goals and objectives, ensuring that the maximum is done to achieve the targets
Be present throughout service
Have knowledge of guests’ likes and dislikes throughout their stay
Always strive to perform any additional and responsibilities given
Complete any other duty assigned by management
Arrive on time in full uniform in accordance with the company grooming guideline
Knowledge of restaurant and bar procedures, set up and service
Very good command over written and spoken English
An offering of local language and their customs is highly encouraged
Excellent communicator with the ability to multitask

Position Requirements

Full high school education completion of his or her chosen academics
One year or more of experience in food and beverage service.
Hospitality experience is essential
