Job Description
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of HR systems and functions,
- Support configuration in at least 2-3 of the following modules of Workday (Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Severance, Dashboards/Reporting, Advanced Compensation),
- Create new and modify existing Workday reports based on business requirements. Ideal to have exposure in at least a few report types (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, etc),
- Collaborate with HR Process and Program owners to define, refine, configure and automate business process flows in Workday,
- Considerable hands-on with at least one Workday Integration type (EIB, Connector, Studio),
- Comfortable in xslt to transform the data as required,
- Accurately estimate work that needs to be completed, meet project deadlines and complete detailed documentation for new configuration,
Required Skills
- Proficient in Business process configuration, notification and alerts configuration,
- Proficient in Workday Security architecture with hands-on experience creating/configuring them for business purposes,
- Hands on experience with Report designer/business form layout will be preferable but not a must,
- Project management skills are a plus,
- Must have the ability to work independently, communicate clearly & concisely both verbally and orally,
