Business Developer for HR Services

ISG Personalmanagement GmbH is an Austrian Recruitment and HR Development Company with its HQ’s in Vienna Austria.
We are operating in 38 countries out of over 50 offices with 680 employees. Since 2010, ISG is growing its business in Turkey in the areas Recruitment, Executive Search, Assessments and Personal Development as well as Coaching and Outplacement.

For our further expansion we are looking for an experienced business developer in Istanbul.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who likes talking to decision makers and listening carefully to our client’s needs, converting them to “win win” opportunities for all stakeholders involved.

The sales and business development specialist in our house is:
- Setting appointments with existing and potential clients
- Developing fruitful relationships in each sector of our expertise
- Presenting all services of our company like
  * Recruitment & Executive Direct Search
  * Assessment % Assessment Centre
  * Training & Development and
  * Coaching Outplacement Services

Supporting all communications between clients and consultants, negotiating offers and following projects, communication internal and external with clients and sector specialists, trainers or assessors, planning all marketing-strategies and sales activities, budgeting and forecasting sales activities and reporting regularly

If you think that this line of business suits you,
then you should bring along:
- 3+ years of experience in HR services and sales
- Very strong communication skills, written and verbal in Turkish and English; German would be an asset
- Advanced presentation skills
- A “can do” attitude
