Chief Financial Officer

Our customer is a leading international manufacturer, supplying their products in the food and non-food retail industries all around the world since decades with innovative, customized and surely certified products from a fully equipped production line. They are embedded in a strong group of companies which grow continuously over the years globally and in Turkey. For their up and running plant (in Cerkezköy) and sales office (Istanbul) 

For this role we look for the following:

Tasks:

• Lead the Group reporting process, including yearly and monthly results (French GAAP), budgets, rolling forecasts, yearly reforecasts at the end of each quarter.
• Be the co-pilot of the business, supporting the BU CEO and the Plant General Manager by analysing the results, defining KPI and alerts on the sales, results and cash situation.
• Identify levers to boost the financial performance.
• Define and be involved operationally in the cost reduction, IT systems implementation, margin recovery, cash collection,…action plans
• Ensure the solvency of the Group, by getting the external financing and working with the sales force to collect the cash from customers.
• Manage the financial teams mainly in Cerkezkoy, partly in Istanbul.
• Deploy the new in hose ERP module in relation with the industrial and IT teams.
• Lead the internal control improvement plans, in line with Group guidelines and procedures as well as applicable laws, protecting the interests of the shareholders.
• Ensure the local books closing per Turkey GAAP, tax declarations and all legal duties.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 10-15 years’ experience, with successful missions in similar positions in manufacturing companies in Turkey and eventually abroad.
• Specific successful experience in controlling and cash management.
• Some experience regarding ERP deployment in a manufacturing environment.
• Advance level in written and verbal English, French is plus
