Your tasks;
- Identifying and winning new clients, as well as deepening of existing customer relations with key accounts in the high segment
- Acquisition of national & international projects in the area of search & selection of C-level, first & second level management as well as specialists
- Execution of projects through search & selection, presentation of best matching candidates, as well as competent candidate and client management
- Cross selling of a wide range of products of the ISG-Group like training & personal development
- Supporting the development of consultant team at the location. Grow a team to become a team leader / manager / director / or even managing partner within our career system.

- Experience as an executive search consultant or recruiter
- Comprehensive work experience in management functions and/or consulting
- Established business network
- Sovereign and dynamic appearance, as well as enthusiasm and entrepreneurial thinking
- Very good communication and persuasion skills
