Essential Functions
Essential Functions
- Day to day activities of accounting and provide oversight of staff within all offices.
- Review of financial statements, financial information of customers, subcontractors, vendors, and other businesses with which the company conducts business.
- Enhance cash position by monitoring A/P, A/R and collections. Work directly with staff to collect all past due receivables and retainage as soon as contractually allowed.
- Provide financial leadership regarding all financial matters.
- Coordination of budgeting and analysis requirements determined by the corporate officers.
- Execution of internal controls policies and procedures.
- Primary company representative for managing banking, bonding, and insurance transactions.
- Manage the monthly close process in a timely and accurate manner.
- Regular interface to the various office staff and management for matters of financial reporting, policy approvals, annual budgeting and monthly financial analysis.
- Lead accounting process improvements and financial systems upgrades including coordination of financial systems.
- Development of financial long-and short-range plans.
- Establishment of tax policies, tax planning, and oversight of preparation of all corporate tax filings.
- Oversee the flow of cash and financial instruments.

Minimum Qualifications
"ISG PERSONALMANAGEMENT GMBH" Türkiye İş Kurumu' nun 562 numaralı izin belgesi ile faaliyetlerini sürdürmektedir.- Advance usage in SAP FI and CO modules
- Having an active CPA license
- Experienced in multi-dealer or multi-customer management - must
- Living in Istanbul Asian side, Gebze, Kocaeli or close by - must
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or business management with emphasis on accounting.
- Minimum 10 years' demonstrated experience in accounting and financial management and minimum 3 years team management experience
- Intermediate level in English
- Proficient user for MS office applications
