is a Human Resources Group founded in 1999 in Vienna Austria and operates now in 30 countries in 50 locations through approximately 650 employees. We are constantly growing our business and are active in Turkey since the beginning of 2010 in the areas of Search & Selection, Executive & Direct Search, Outplacement, Assessments, Training & Development as well as other HR services in different and separate departments. For our growing Turkish Team, we are currently looking for a highly motivated and active Human Resource Assistant.

The challenge: You like to be responsible for all administrative services and help our Consultants on research and telemarketing issues, as well as fulfilling all clerical works such as appointment organization, database updating, etc.?

Your Profile: We are looking for "the assistant" who can communicate and report in English (German would be an asset) to our Managing Partner and provides administrative support to ensure that all operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner, who supports our consultants to ensure that they are provided with the best resources to make effective decisions.

Knowledge & Skills:

- office administration and pre-bookkeeping procedures

- ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

- analytical and problem-solving skills

- effective verbal and listening communications skills

- attention to detail and high level of accuracy

- very effective organizational skills

- computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheet and word processing programs

- high team working ability

- stress management and time management skills

- effective verbal and written communications skills in Turkish and English is a must (German as an asset)
