We are looking for an Office Manager who works together on equal level with the experienced Sales Manager in developing and growing the Turkish subsidiary. Therefore we are aiming for a person with entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to take over responsibility.
Accountant who can be an Office Manager in our subsidiary in Istanbul/Anatolian side.
You must have an ability to develop, implement and manage full charge computerized bookkeeping functions, while overseeing multi faceted office administration procedure.
- Outstanding Administrative Skills
- Order Handling / Procurement / Vendor Relations
- Stock Management
- Declaration of Tender Documentation
- Import and Export Handling
- Meeting and Event Planning
- Accounts Payable / Receivable Management
- Financial Statements Preparation
- A minimum of five years administrative and accounting experience
- Excellent skills in English; Turkish (German preferable)
- Advanced skills in using MS Office Tools
- Experience in an international company
