Specification Specialist - European Side

Our client is a large international and multinational cooperation which is operating in Turkey to run the growing business under their own name and management. Their office is located at the European side of Istanbul.

We are looking for right now a hands on Specification Specialist who drives the market penetration in the Turkish Project Business to serve their existing customers. The aim is to create pull by addressing architects, investors and other important stake holders convincing them of the clients outstanding door opening solutions

Responsibilities:

• To drive growth in the project based business in Turkey
• To create relationships with relevant parties like architects, project consultants, contractors, developers etc.
• Keep track of projects and project leads
• To create project specifications with compelling door opening solutions using our client’s wide range of products
• To follow up specifications and together with the sales teams ensure successful project execution
• To create demand through training and education of architects, investors and other stakeholders in our client’s solutions
• To define and implement tools to facilitate the specification work and project follow up

• Educated to degree level in Architecture / Electronics / Engineering.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Specification of door opening / access control solutions or other relevant practical experience
• Established relationships with key stake holders
• Good understanding of the dynamics of project work in the construction industry and knowledge of key stake holders / decision makers
• Experience of having worked in a matrix environment
• Strong team player
• Good analytical and Project Management skills
• Native Turkish speaking, fluent in English
• Prepared to travel across Turkey
