We are a future oriented Executive Search and Training & Development company, in a very modern workplace environment with direct communication ways and flat structures. ISG is in 28 countries and works out of 50 offices. We have 600 employees all over the world and in Turkey, we are in Istanbul, Ankara, Antalya, Izmir and Adana with 25 very experienced and seasoned colleagues. 

Right now we build a modern tele-marketing group and therefore we are seeking someone who is experienced in the call center arena and knows how to take care of customers using phone and modern media tools.

Following tasks are a small glimpse into our requirements:

• Setting appointments for our senior consultants directly with decision makers – outbound calls
• Promoting open trainings over the phone, skype calls or/and conferences and other communication tools like mails and new media
• You work revenue- and success-oriented
• You set actions to increase customer retention and loyalty
• You produce tailor made offers and take care of a suitable customer approach

Your Profile

• You are experienced in sales and telemarketing in the B2B arena
• We are looking for a person who
