Position has overall responsibility of training and managing Kitchen Associates and supervising / coordinating all related culinary activities; estimating food consumption and requisition or purchasing food; selecting and developing recipies; implementing presentation technique and brand's quality standarts, and ensuring proper safety and sanitation in kitchen.
Aranan Nitelikler
- A bachelor's degree or reletad culinary degree with eight or more years of hotel sector
and culinary management experience.
- Preferably international hotel chain experience
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Good command of computer knowledge
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Team work and guest satisfaction oriented
- Positive and presentable
- No military obligation for male candidates
