Product Development Specialist

ITL is a world wide labelling company and we are looking for a Product Development Specialist;

*The primary responsibility will be to develop woven, care label and sticker items from Different Brands.
*Make sure the samples are prepared as per the customer/brand request
*Product Development function will be responsible for the smooth running of the orders once it’s approved, by setting up the systems locally and by providing technical support wherever possible.
*Communicate effectively with the ITL marketing offices in UK,Canada and South Africa, sub-contractors for woven labels and suppliers for other product groups.
*Researching the cost effective materials for product development
*Import the substrates from over-sea; dealing with the suppliers, forwarders and custom agency
*Tracking the shipments with forwarder which is imported from over-sea suppliers
*Setting up the our internal online ordering system for the new brands or products
*Training the colleagues for the new set ups

*Effective oral and written communication in English.
*A Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
*Knowledge of retail , apparel or label industries preferred
*PC skills, including use of Word, Excel
*High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
*Ability to be highly organized while managing multiple projects to completion against tight deadlines.
*Analytical thinking , proactive  and teamwork skills.
*Must have completed military service for male candidate
