- Tercihen üniversitelerin Gastronomi bölümlerinden mezun veya mesleki eğitim sertifikasına sahip olan,
- Hijyen sertifikasına sahip olan,
- Tercihen uluslararası 5 yıldızlı otel zincirlerinin pastahanelerinde en az 1 yıl deneyimi bulunan,
- Dinamik, araştırmacı ve kendini geliştirme hedefi olan,
