KenCast Turkey will be delivering the DCP cinema files in the market. For that purpose, we are seeking for a technical support team. Team will be responsible for monitoring the status of the systems, make booking and be the first point of contact for the cinema customers. Daily task of the team will be as follows:

• Provide timely satellite network monitoring, scheduling and booking
• Use windows based systems to schedule
• Coordinate the local and international DCP traffic
• Book all the local requests from the Turkish customers
• Document quality standarts, system anomalies, operational procedures and reference materials

• Must have 2 or 4 years University degree
• English language is essential 
• Good communication skills
• Network monitoring experience
• Unix and Windows OS experience is a plus
• Team work skills
• Profiency and experience with the computer systems 
• Ability to travel inside Turkey, when necessary
• Experience in the cinema or satellite business will be a plus
