PRESCHOOL TEACHER

Our school who applies Montessori Education and training services for children aged 2-6 years is to employ domestic or foreign preschool teachers with the title “group responsible” of international classes, at Alacaatlı and Oran branches where the medium of instruction is English as full day training.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Gives children the ability to understand and speak good level of English according to their ages.
• Implements the activities prepared for the physical, mental, affective and social development of children in the group in the frame of a program.
• Prepare and implement education and maintenance programs for children.
• Organizes and maintains relevant forms for each child in the education and care programs.
• Plans and provides the implementations of special days.
• Takes all necessary measures to ensure the children's care and education.
• Prepares the necessary training materials for activities, maintenance and repair of equipment and training materials.
• Takes necessary measures for the care and education of children who have problems of adaptation or who have special needs and work on the solution of their problems.
• Executes other tasks assigned by the administrator.

• The ones who graduated from the departments of child development and education teaching, early childhood education, child development and education or English Language and Teaching, English Language and Literature with pedagogical certificate. International equivalence is essential for foreign candidates.
• The ones who have advanced level of English or English as native language for foreign candidates.
• Having at least 2 years-experience in English education and child development.
• Foreign candidates must meet the legal requirements for work permit.
• Preferably having experience of Montessori education.
• Being able to communicate with and comfortably communicate with children and smiling.
• Having a good diction.
• Creative and productive.
• Open to learn and improve.
• Prone to team work.
• Adaptable to intensive working tempo.
• Non-smoking.
