Plan and formulate short to medium-term HR recruitment strategies, programs and guidelines which enables the Hotel to attract and retain the highest calibre of colleagues.
To plan the recruitment and selection for personnel to agreed labour standards in line with hotel, company and legislative requirements.
To plan manpower requirements so as to achieve an efficient usage of labour to meet business needs.
To operate an efficient and accurate administration system in order to meet statutory, legal and internal requirements.
To utilise, communicate and administrate the company and hotel benefits applicable to all colleagues.
To provide a counselling and advisory service to all employees and to manage all grievance and disciplinary proceedings, adhering to company, hotel and legal requirements.
To provide an infrastructure of planned training and development activity that meets the hotel, company and the individual.
To provide caring and consistent welfare services to all colleagues.
To encourages in an active manner and to develop the skills of individual members of the Human Resources team
To adhere at all times to hotel and company rules and regulations and behave in a professional manner
Advice and co-ordinate with Department Heads their needs for sufficient staffing
Ensure that the Hotel’s total compensation and benefits package is competitive within the market place.
To keep abreast of the various developments and interpret implications of legislations which may affect the Hotel.
Spearhead and implement measures and policies that will ensure positive colleague climate, high morale and effective communication.
Prepare the human resources department budget, manpower planning, and business plans as outlined in the annual Planning and Budgeting process.
Examine and utilize technology to improve the efficiency and quality of HR programs and policies.
Study and propose organizational development and process re-engineering to minimize costs and increase organizational effectiveness.
Ensure that all jobs are regularly updated and reviewed through an established methodology to provide internal and external equity in terms of compensation.
Develop and maintain effective performance management systems that will monitor and increase colleague productivity.
Ensure the working environment for all colleagues complies with local labour safety and health standards.
Administer and manage the annual colleague opinion survey program and process, ensuring the hotel meets or exceeds survey results each year.
To manage all colleague welfare needs (colleague housing, colleague meals amongst others)
To carry out any other reasonable requests as directed by the General Manager/ Hotel Manager

Aranan Nitelikler

Excellent communication skills in all aspects: verbal, written and non-verbal
Fluent in Turkish and English. Additional languages would be beneficial
Professional and appropriate business appearance and presentation
Quality driven with a passion for excellence.
Must possess excellent organizational and administrative skills and interpersonal skills
Approachable, open-minded and fair
Prior Hotel experience
Experience in Luxury Resort preferred
Strong presentation skills
Effective management, leadership, organizational skills
