Outsource Coordinator

To be fully aware of contract information between Outsourced Company and MOBOD.

To set up integration meeting with Outsourced Company and MOBOD Management Team to discuss contract requirements and MOBOD’s involvement in maintaining the business relationship.

To ensure that Outsourced Company adheres to MOHG marketing guidelines and liaise with Director of Communications regarding these

To coordinate all FLHSS requirements prior to opening of the venue in conjunction with the Director of Facilities Operational Health & Safety and F&B Director

To establish the manning needs required by the venue from MOBOD colleagues (i.e. Lifeguards, Security colleagues etc.)

In conjunction with the Director of Finance, ensure that all financial requirements are met by the Outsourced Venue.

To ensure all colleagues employed by the Outsource Venue have a legal status to work in Turkey and liaise with Human Resources accordingly

To communicate with the Training Manager according to the venue’s critical path the on boarding dates of their employees to ensure these receive appropriate induction plans and familiarisation with MOBOD’s policies and procedures and Code of Conduct.

To ensure that all communication between MOBOD and Outsourced Venue is channelled through the Outsourced Coordinator.

Arrange meeting with respective Management Teams to ensure communication continues and potential disputes are resolved.

To assist MOBOD Management Team during inspections of Outsource Venue (i.e. Security walk rounds, HACCP inspections, cash registers etc.).

To channel all communication in the event of standard shortfalls or breach of contract. Inform Hotel Manager/ General Manager when the latter occurs before establishing contact.

Excellent communication skills in all aspects: verbal, written and non-verbal
Fluent in Turkish and English. Additional languages would be beneficial
Professional and appropriate business appearance and presentation
Prior Hotel experience would be an advantage
