Employee Relations - Must lead and deal effectively with all levels of management and colleagues.
Equipment – Manage Guest Satisfaction and Loyalty surveys in order to establish quality improvement needs. Liaise with technology vendors on the maintenance and administration of the quality cycle
Produce and manage complex databases and online applications
Business Contacts – Must communicate effectively with key vendors and have a good understanding of industry norms and innovations
Financial – Establish relationship with Department Heads result in improved financial results through improved guest performance level and/or reduction of defects.
Key Success Factors: Manage and analyse data trends, execute strategies, and drive to continually improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, motivate consistent service delivery. Manage reviews of our brand standards, maximize profitability through increase in guest loyalty and reduction of defects.
Manages all quality cycle tools and analyses data to foster quality change management across the organisation.
Identifies improvement areas, anticipates challenges, and executes the hotel’s quality improvement strategy to deliver a competitive advantage.
Manages top areas of quality focus and identifies key drivers through in depth analysis, to foster quality improvement.
Build effective working relationships with the hotel’s senior leadership teams, Training Manager and Department Heads.
Work closely with Learning & Development to identity required training to drive specific quality improvement
Accomplish positive results by setting priorities, effectively managing through people and processes utilizing tools, and leveraging resources effectively.
