Recreation Supervisor

Review in-house guest list and be familiar with guests and their room numbers.

Supervise all water sports activities in the resort both insourced (paddle boarding, Hobby cats, surfing, canoes, beach games) and outsourced (Jet ski, diving, Sea bobs)

Arrange boat charter services, picnic arrangements, tours and return experience and booking of all water sports activities

Supervise the beach services provided by Beach Butlers and Beach Concierge to ensure a beachside quality experience

Maintaining beach arrangements

Handling of all towel arrangement

Maintain complete knowledge of;

All hotel features/services and hours of operation

All hotel restaurant food concepts, menu, price range, dress code and ambience

All hotel room types, categories, layout, amenities and locations

All hotel special packages and promotions

Expected arrivals and departures (particularly VIP’s)

Any scheduled activities taking place

Local events and attractions

Coordinate all guest requests with the designated vendors

Maintain updated resource material on all vendors and information to accommodate guest requests.

Provide a welcoming experience to guests using activities and ensure guest satisfaction in their return.

Supervise the daily activities with the team based on reservations and other operational needs

Communicate any Guests Requests and Food & Beverage needs to the Operations Manager

Ensure that accident/incident investigations are completed and recorded accurately according to Safe & Sound policy.

Excellent communication skills in all aspects: verbal, written and non-verbal

Fluent in Turkish and English. Additional languages would be beneficial

Professional and appropriate business appearance and presentation

Quality driven with a passion for excellence.

Must possess excellent organizational and administrative skills and interpersonal skills

Approachable, open-minded and fair

Prior Hotel experience would be an advantage
