Ensure that the therapists are reviewing and keeping up to date treatment room checklists.
Assist the therapist team in coordinating treatments to accommodate guests who may have contra-indications and the spa treatment may need to be altered.
Check the visual book to ensure all treatments are in line with therapists allocations. Reviewing the spa soft for the day and the week to ensure that everything is booked correctly and efficiently for revenue maximization.
Support the team where needed in creating therapists rotas and implement into Spa soft on a monthly basis. Creating an effective schedule that meets the needs of the spa as well as works around the hours of the colleague’s availability. Verify accuracy of input in Spa Soft and room assignments.
Work with the senior therapist to update therapists task lists as required.
Update therapists monthly jobs and ensure that they are being carried out and checked correctly
Ensure that the senior therapist is maintaining cleanliness and attention to detail in spa suites throughout shift. Do spot checks as required.
Replying to guest, vendor, sales and colleagues emails where requıred.
Ensuring that all therapists are being booked in the correct room (with the oversight of the Spa Operations Supervisor & Senior Therapist). Ensuring that the treatment rooms are used to the maximum potential.
Be on time for appointments and thoroughly review appointments after completing each treatment
Assist in the operations of all spa departments as required.
Overseeing of Spa Reception and Retails, Male and Female Relaxation Rooms, Male and Female Changing Rooms, Heat and Water Experiences, Linen Room, Preparation Rooms, Pantries, Offices and treatment areas (in the current absence of a Treatments Manager)
Be a key point of contact for large groups. Manage the communication with group organizer. Offer competitive proposals. Co-ordinate appointments and update co-ordinator with itineraries. Finalize billing arrangements. On the day of event, be responsible for execution. Co-ordinate with other departments as applicable. i.e. F & B for lunch, hotel concierge for special requests
