- Complete final breakdown of function, by cleaning the room, and cleaning and returning equipment to its proper location.
- Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, locking doors, breaking down goods, etc. Set up, stock, and maintain work areas.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas.
- Transport dirty linen to correct area to be cleaned, separate napkins from tablecloths, and restock linen shelves with clean linens.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
- Provide guests with the highest standards of food and beverage service on all functions.
- Record transactions in MICROS system.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Tourism Management
- Minimum 2 years experience in Food and Beverage Services or related professional area in an international hotel chain
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to focus attention on details and to handle multiple tasks
- Result driven, proactive and reliable personality
- Excellent command of English
- No military obligation for male candidates / at least 2 years postponement
