Mentor Effect offers 6 months on-the-job training management program to its potential trainees to launch their management career and to provide them continuous support, coaching and mentoring to ensure their progression and ongoing development with strict adherence to the founder's original vision.

• Be in the 3rd or 4th grade of the university,
• Advanced in MS Office programs,
