İş Tanımı

  • Achieves guest satisfaction and rooms revenue goals by supervising Front Office employeesIs proficient in all Front Office procedures
  • Supervises and participates in the prompt and courteous check-in, check-out and servicing of guests
  • Knows current rooms availability, and is familiar with future availability
  • Knows Opera Programme,
  • Is aware of yield management, duty management and night management.
  • Motivates FO Team, covers the duty during their absence.
  • Fully understands the Night Audit Procedures and handles the Night shift.
  • Handles promptly and courteously problems regarding guest room accommodations and rates.
  • Is able to operate and maintain switchboard, telefax, key equipment, credit card machines and printers, hotel alarm systems, and other Front Office equipment, and is able to make basic updates and changes when needed.

We are looking for a new team member who will be entitled as Front Office Supervisor (Guest Services Manager) and who is able to possess;

  • At least 2 years of experience in a 5 stars hotel chain,
  • Relevant degree from a university in Hospitality & Tourism or Business Administration,
  • Very good knowledge of English language is mandatory – Further languages are preferable,
  • Advanced MS Office skills,
  • Excellent leadership skills, inter-personal and communication skills
  • Result and solution oriented management style,
  • Strong organizational and time management skills,Advanced level of team work and communication competencies,
  • Proefficient, positive, problem solver and calm.
