• En az lise mezunu, Turizm ve Otelcilik okulu mezunu olmak,
• En az orta derecede servis terimlerini içeren İngilizce dil bilgisi,
• Konusunda en az 1 yıl deneyimli,
• İyi derecede misafir ilişkisine sahip, menuyu iyi bilen, lokal ve yabancı menu üretimi hakkında bilgi sahibi,
• Dışa dönük, insanlarla iyi iletişim kurabilen, misafirlerin isteklerine cevap verebilen,
• Güler yüzlü,
• Çözüm odaklı,
• İkna kabiliyeti yüksek, sabırlı,
