We are looking for an "Operation Director" for our client which is a delivery company that specializes in e-commerce market.

- Ensuring smooth daily operations and meet high operational and customer experience targets
- Report to the management team on KPI’s (on-time delivery performance, customer complaints, cost per delivery)
- Grow our client's delivery fleet and branches according to an aggressive expansion plan
- Develop and enforce operational procedures
- Help with operational planning and onboarding of new customers
- Coordinate with Technology team on system requirements and development for operational systems
- Coordinate with Customer Service team on customer service issues
- Domestic travel up to 50%
Aranan Nitelikler
- University Degree (Industrial Engineering, Logistics preferred, Advanced Degree Preferred)
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- 10+ years in Logistics Management Roles preferably in Cargo, Courier Services and or Logistics Departments of e-Commerce companies
- High growth company or start up experience
- High energy and positive attitude
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
