Nova Fashion Group is the leading apparel manufacturing group of Turkey. We produce and source high quality men’s and women’s garments for international markets. Parallel to our expansion strategy in own brand business, we are looking for a Brand Coordinator position for the managing of our brands; Hemington and KNITSS.
Hemington is the expert men’s knitwear brand, serving its customers both on conventional stores and on e-commerce platform via hemington.com.tr. KNITSS is the contemporary women’s knitwear brand with very high quality and fashionable collections selling in globally and in Turkey.

All Hemington and KNITSS products are made of the best quality raw materials coming from genuine parts of the world, and are being produced in our own factories in Turkey.
With the growing needs of our brands, we are looking for a Brand Coordinator, to manage both brands, reporting to the CEO directly, with the following duties in charge;

With the growing needs of our brands, we are looking for a Brand Coordinator, to manage both brands, reporting to the CEO directly, with the following duties in charge;
- Strategy development for individual brands,
- Identify and lead branding opportunities,
- Define and manage multi-channel sales methods, including retail, wholesale and e-commerce,
- Build up yearly and seasonally budget plans and follow up,
- Lead all brand and e-commerce teams,
- Evaluate product development scope,
- Analyze & segment markets and the competition,
- Understand user needs, define and develop new brand features on multiple platforms accordingly,
- Work with the Creative Directors of the brands (chief designer) to build up strong collections,
- Work with creative agencies, social media agency and other resources of the brands to create a 360 degree brand awareness and marketing approach,
- Manage and monitor total product performance (including traffic, user satisfaction, and financial value),
- Work in conjunction with Sales Managers of the brands to define yearly sales campaigns and schedule and execute them in various platforms in harmony,
- Work in conjunction with the Corporate Communications Manager to define communication strategies of the brands,
- Interact with end users through a variety of communication channels, including online discussion boards and portals, and social media, and monitor end-user satisfaction and feedback,
- Lead key visual and design projects for marketing campaigns,
- Analyze competitors’ products, services and strategies, and communicate competitive threats and opportunities,
- Identify rich opportunities to develop new or improve existing online products and features,
- Contribute to a coherent online product and user experience strategy and bring out improvement methods,
- Experiment online end-user experience based on usability research, UX design and information architecture (IA) principles, and product management methodologies,
- By doing all above, work with Sales Managers, Product Manager and other partners to develop and communicate a complete online and offline product, design, content, and user experience strategy and roadmap,
Aranan Nitelikler
- Be very creative and innovative,
- Have at least +10 years of experience leading in conventional and minimum 3 years online experience in ready wear industry,
- Have multi-tasking capabilities,
- Good communication skills and human relations,
- Have at least Bachelor’s degree, preferably graduate degree,
- Have driver’s license,
- Living in European side of Istanbul
