Network Administrator

Our IT department is growing and we are searching for a Network Administrator. This position will be located in our headquarters in Başakşehir.

Job Responsibilities

* configure and install various network devices and services (e.g. servers, storage, routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN)

* establishes network specifications by conferring with users, analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements, designing router administration, including interface configuration and routing protocols

* establishes network by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, and latency, planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment, defining network policies and procedures, establishing connections and firewalls

* maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning, troubleshooting network problems

* secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation, maintaining documentation

* serves as IT support/help desk to all staff, installing software, responding to employee IT related calls and needs and moving equipment when necessary

* protects organization's value by keeping information confidential

* expertise with Microsoft operating systems including Windows Server 2012 and 2016

* strong network skills, W/LAN configuration, TCP/IP, firewalls, switches and routers

* experience with Microsoft Active Directory & Group Policy

* experience with Office 365 administration

* experience with Microsoft Cloud Technologies (Azure)

* experience with IP routing and bandwidth management

* experience with scripting languages to automate tasks (i.e. PowerShell, VBScript, Batch Files)
