Maintains office operations by receiving and distributing communications; maintaining supplies and equipment;  assisting other departments.

Key Accountabilities include:

• Acting as receptionist by welcoming guests , forwarding calls ( Bilanguage- English and Turkish), canalizing cargos, inbound and outbound documents
• Arranging the promotional materials for customers and marketing events
• Matching the invoices with approval forms for finance department

Helping Other Department:

• Assisting operations division
• Travel organizations for events (employees, teachers and speakers )
• Generate product ID cards both on ERP and B2B
• Working closely with marketing and sales department

• Excellent communication and organizational skills as Scheduling, Telephone Skills, Typing, Documentation Skills, Meeting Planning, Verbal Communication, Written Communication, Dependability, Attention to Detail, Administrative Writing Skills
• General office administation experience
• Min. 2  years experience
• Advanced skills of English & Turkish
• Solution oriented

• MS Office
