PRODUCTION MANAGER

We are seeking for a ' PRODUCTION MANAGER ' for our client which is performing at industrial sector with the following skills and the qualifications ;

Job summary

Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for managing plant operations for production, maintenance and quality. In addition, planning, organizing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations.

Essential responsibilities include

·       Coordinating plant activities through the planning Ensure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner.

·       Allocating resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results. Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and exceed current quality.

·       Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.

·       Monitoring operations and trigger corrective actions. Implements and maintains preventative maintenance programs.

·       Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff. Provide leadership and training to accomplish the company goals and objectives.

·       Collecting and analyzing data to find places of waste or overtime. Control and minimize labor overtime, premium freight and repair expenses. Implement cost effective systems of control over capital, operating expenditures, manpower, wages and salaries.

·       Commit to plant safety procedures

·       Developing systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets

·       Address employees’ issues or grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements.

·       Influence and learn from below

·       Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts

·       Proven work and managerial experience in a manufacturing environment of Textile or Paper at least for 5 years

·       Experience in owning and improving KPIs

·       Strong communication, team building, and collaboration skills are necessary

·       University degree in engineering faculties, Technical universities and Mechanical engineering, Industrial engineering etc.

·       Have an excellent command of both written and spoken English

·       Have leadership ability

·       Analytical minded, creativity, open to changes, excellent communication, self discipline, orientation for target realization skills

·       Knowledge of MS Office programs is a must

·       Effective in time management

·       Have driving license and actively use

·       No travel restriction

·       No military obligation for male candidates

·       Able to live in/or close to Çerkezköy, Çorlu etc.
