Modasima Textile Industry and Trade Inc. In 2008, Pierre Cardin brand of 16 countries was founded as a women's underwear manufacturer and distributor.The company employs more than 360 employees, 70 personnel in its headquarters in Istanbul, 90 personnel in Akçakoca Düzce plant and 200 personnel in Alexandria-Egypt factory. In addition to the production in its structure, it also employs 120 personnel in contract manufacturing.It continues its investments in the Al Borg Arab region of Egypt.
- To provide an increase in productivity and quality level to ensure that the factory processes are at the desired quality and efficiency level.
- To ensure that production is cost effective, to analyze production data and to make strategic recommendations to management units,
- To assign production, quality control, maintenance and logistics tasks to factory employees,
- Communicate with staff and motivate them to achieve factory goals,
- To ensure the implementation of occupational safety regulations and policies among factory workers,
- To determine the necessary capacity, labor, machinery, materials and budget requirements, to check the documents for the start of production and to ensure the resolution of incompatibilities,
- To carry out the activities of the factory, to submit periodic reports to the management about the general situation and to inform them,
- To take the necessary measures to ensure the understanding, implementation and continuity of the factory objectives,
- To ensure that factory process performance is measured and to take the necessary measures to ensure that performance is consistently better,
- To work collaboratively with the managers of other relevant departments for the success of production activities,
Aranan Nitelikler
- Graduated from industrial engineering and textile engineering faculties of universities,
- Experienced in textile manufacturing sector
- At least 10 years of experience
- At least 5 years of experience in technical and managerial positions
- Knows English at a very good level
- Good use of Office programs
- Male candidates have completed their military service
- Resident /able to reside in the Alexandria area
