SALES ENGINEER – BACK OFFICE

The Sales Engineer will work in closed cooperation with the sales and service teams to develop solutions involving Piovan products line. During the qualifying process, confirm that Piovan products meet the prospect’s requirements and assist sales and service engineering teams in technical qualification by providing drawings and technical specifications. Once the order has been acquired he/she will interface with Italian headquarter for order entry according to the specifications required. Other duties will be assigned as necessary.

• Providing technical solutions and relevant quotation to sales teams based on customer requirements • Support sales teams in responding to RFQs • Maintain and organize sales engineering tools and equipment (flowsheets, technical datasheet, etc.) • Enter sales and spare parts orders to headquarter and local supplier. • Follow up for orders delivery and import
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Sciences (Mechanics or Electronics) or equivalent experience. • 2-3 years experience in sales engineering for machinery industry. • Excellent presentation skills. • Fluent in Turkish and English. • Possesses strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Technical Requirements:
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (word, excel. power point) • Good knowledge of AutoCAD or equivalent design software. • Good skills in technical drawing interpretation • Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work effectively within time constraints.
