Sales Executive (based in İstanbul)

We are looking for candidates to place as Sales Executive for our five star international resort hotel’s Istanbul Sales Office.

Job Description:

Under the general guidance of the Sales Manager, maximise hotel revenue and guest satisfaction by negotiating Meetings & Events business, preparing and following the local and worldwide tour operators’ contracts, answering the requests from travel agencies for individual travelers and coordinating the execution of these businesses with other departments in accordance with the sales business plan

Responsibilities-Achives budgeted goals by executing sales activities within Meeting & Events, Groups, local market and foreign market segments.
-Assists in the development of monthly and annual sales goals.
-Achieves weekly appointment targets.
-Meets budgeted sales and profit margins for group businesses.
-Assists to prepare proposals, contracts for groups or local&foreign markets.
-Attends Radisson Blu Hotel sales meetings, sales blitz and/or trade shows in key market cities to develop new business and to contact established clients in these cities.
-Achieves budgeted goals by the sales activities within assigned market segments.
-Oversees the selling and servicing of group business.
-Promote M&E facilities and other hotel facilities during sales calls.
-Monitors competitive activities in the area.
-Maintains close relationships with all Key Accounts and Travel Agencies.
-Follow-ups on progress of any bookings with M&E and reservations.
-Assist in developing, implementing & updating the Sales & Marketing Activities

Requirements
-University degree from related departments.
-Minimum two years of experience at the same position.
-Awareness of the market and hotel industry dynamics.
-Opera, MS Office Programs knowledge.
-Good level of English ( written and verbal )
-Targeting a career in the hospitality industry.
-Sales based communication, organisation and planning skills.
-Open to improvement and higly motivated.
-Strong communication skills.
-Customer satisfaction oriented.
-No military obligation for male candidates.
