Accounting Manager

It is the mission and intent of this position that the incumbent will provide support to the Director of Residences in providing continuous leadership and guidance in matters relating to the financial operation of the residences. The Residential Account Manager will assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, overseeing the daily operation of the Accounting Department activities and internal control procedures designed to safeguard owners/investors assets and ensuring compliance with all regulations. Additional responsibilities include planning, organizing, directing and coordinating inter and intra- department activities to ensure efficient Financial Operations.

Essential

Able to communicate, both written and verbal Turkish and English

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance / Residential Service Charge accounting equivalent qualification

Two to five years Assistant Controller/Controller Experience in Hospitality/Residential Accounting operations

Prolific in all Windows Based Software Application

Strong Level of Proficiency in Excel

Ability to assemble, analyze, understand integrated spread sheets and complex technical information

Prioritization skills necessary to meet deadlines

Effective management, leadership, organizational and communications skills

Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays

Excellent communication skills in all aspects: verbal, written and non-verbal

Professional and appropriate business appearance and presentation

Must possess excellent organisational and administrative skills, interpersonal skills and leadership skills

Approachable, open-minded and fair

Desirable

Prior hotel or residential opening experience would be an advantage

Previous luxury and/or mixed-use residential experience

Additional languages would be beneficial
