HR Manager

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager, who will be responsible to set up the HR department as well as develop, direct and oversee the overall hotel recruitment and hiring activities. In addition the implementation of all personnel related policies & procedures will be in the scope of duty to guarantee a smooth opening and hotel operation. Furthermore the planning of all training for the associates to be able to open the hotel successfully and as per standards will be a main focus. Participate in the budget process as it relates to staffing, productivity, benefit costs and employee/labor costs. Monitor staff turnover and recommend changes and improvements. Serve as member of the Executive Committee and work closely with all Executive Team members in supporting and achieving the hotels goals and objectives.

• To maintain an ‘open door’ policy in HR and be personally available to all employees for work / personal problems, grievances, benefit requests, queries and suggestions.
• To provide an advice service to both managers and employees on HR policy, legal requirements, staffing issues, and act as an arbitrator where necessary.
• Liaising with Managers to establish their recruitment requirements ensuring all recruitment is in line with budget and forecasted levels of business.  Follow up with Managers during all stages of the recruitment process, keeping them informed of progress and ensuring that HR is aware of all actions.

• As an internationally oriented company we expect candidates for this position to be fluent in English and Turkish, written and verbal.
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in a Human Resources Manager position,
• Profound knowledge of the Turkish labor law,
• Excellent communication & computer skills,
• Enjoy leading and developing associates
