Location

The Sheraton Adana, a 240 room new built hotel, is located on the bank of river Seyhan with a nice view to the old city of Adana.

Job Description:

• Effectively promote the Sheraton Adana Hotel in the local market, to take care of generating publicity for the hotel standing
• Maintain the best relations with the local media, business partners and charitable organizations
• Constantly build a good image of the hotel by the local community
• Improve internal communication methods to ensure proper transfer and to understand the purpose and philosophy of the hotel by all employees
• Market the hotel in the most optimal way and in line with the Starwood marketing standards

• Ideal knowledge of the standards of the Sheraton brand communication
• Maintain a positive, proactive and friendly attitude to all hotel employees and guests.
• Responsible for all marketing related tasks in line with Starwood marketing standards.
• Keep up to date on all marketing standards of the company by attending conference calls, webinars, etc.
• Manage the yearly marketing budget and make sure costs stay in line with budget/forecast.
• Set and execute yearly marketing calendar for the hotel.
• Execute all monthly marketing reports needed for owners and Starwood.
• Manage all online marketing and off line marketing.
• Prepare yearly marketing budget for the hotel.
• To be responsible for preparing the materials for the annual plan for the PR in order to maintain and improve the image of the hotel.
• Proactive contacts with the media to provide news about the hotel offers
• Posting in social media and their monitoring and rapid response to emerging there comments about the hotel.
• Prepare and manage the special events, PR and social events.
