İş Tanımı
- Manage customers while building long term business relationships
- Answer customer questions via phone, email and live chat
- Enter, verify, and process orders
- Assure orders ship on time and deadlines are met
- Ensure receipt of proper documentation/approval for processing of samples and update sample tracker
- May visit accounts as needed and in conjunction with sales or key account managers if required
- Other duties assigned as necessary in response to business needs
Aranan Nitelikler
- University graduate or equivalent educational background ( Familiarity with textile engineering a plus )
- Proven problem solving abilities
- 7+ years of commercial experience in a textile sector
- Strong people skills to include cross cultural sensitivities
- Hands-on, open-minded, proactive team player
- Strong written and spoken English skills, other languages will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, and Outlook)
- Other duties assigned as necessary in response to business needs
