İş Tanımı

One of the leading companies of the sector operating for 40 years that manufactures devices andsoftware with next generation production systems in power quality and energy, electrical measurement, power factor correction, remote monitoring and protection-control fields, is searching for an AREA SALES MANAGER. They provide sales and after sales services to customers with 8 region offices and reach the international users via their agencies in Netherlands, Greece and distributors in nearly 50 countries.
  • Perform complete range of customer services including opening new accounts, explaining available products and services, and gathering customer information to process new and existing accounts,
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area,
  • Maintain relationship with existing customers, develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance,
  • Conduct appropriate market research in foreign countries to understand cmarket trends, requirements and competitors,
  • Correspond with and build a network of international distributors and importers to increase sales,
  • Conduct due diligence of potential foreign distribution partners,
  • Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence,
  • Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers,
  • Provide timely feedback to the sales manager regarding sales actions plans and performance.

Aranan Nitelikler

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Power Engineering, Control Engineering..etc,
  • A proven international sales experience with 4-5 years of successful progression in preferably power quality and energy, electrical measurement, power control fields.
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills,
  • Ability to recognize needs of customers and meet targets,
  • Problem solving skills,
  • Detail oriented, outstanding organizational and analytical capabilities
  • Very strong verbal and written skills in English,
  • High initiative and self-motivated , able to work independently,
  • Strong time management skills.
