• Acquire and maintain a high understanding of the platform and the concept.
• The ability to present to present the platform.
• Work alongside the Universities, assisting and advising them of Platform services.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and Educational/industry events
• Maintain territorial market and competitor awareness, developing and presenting ideas for new opportunities.
• Establish and maintain effective contact with the University.
• Conduct regular check-ins with Universities to evaluate service and promote workshops, training activities, new features and services.
• Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other members of the team.
• Targets and objectives are achieved.
• Potential and existing customer relationships are maintained and improved through exceptional customer service.
• Previous sales experience minimum 1-2 years.
• Highly computer literate.
• Ability to work well both independently and in a group, sharing ideas and problem solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills such as time management and prioritizing.
• A flexible approach and the ability to influence others.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• An eye for detail and the ability to maintain a very high level of accuracy.
• The drive and commitment to achieve personal and company goals.
• Fluent in English.
