İş Tanımı
- Receives and processes domestic orders in the local system; determine product availability and delivery methods; understand special customer requirements; check for accuracy and completeness and resolves order related issues with the customer,
- Works closely with Warehouse to arrange product supply issues targeting timely deliveries to customers.
- Identifies order and delivery problems and works with customers to resolve them.
- Manages business support documentation and customer complaints.
Aranan Nitelikler
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Food Engineering,
- Knowledge of Logistics processes, would be considered an asset,
- New graduate or limited experience in a similar position,
- Ability to work effectively within a team,
- Pleasant and effective oral communication skills with the ability to ask critical question(s) to determine customer needs,
- Ability to read, write and speak English,
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office,
- Military service must be completed, for male candidates,
